Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Salford Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties - Behaviour Support Assistant: Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in an educational setting Assist in implementing behavioural management strategies as directed by the SENCO Monitor and track student behaviour and report any concerns to the appropriate staff Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Attend training sessions to enhance skills in behaviour management and intervention techniques Required Qualifications for this Behaviour Support Assistant role: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full driving Licence Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of behaviour management strategies Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Additional training in behaviour management techniques Working Conditions: Work in an educational setting Full-time hours, temporary position Opportunity for training and professional development All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
