As a Speech, Language, and Communication Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting effective communication skills among students. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the school in providing one-on-one and small group support sessions. Implementing personalized speech and language intervention plans to help students overcome communication challenges. Supporting the development of communication skills through engaging activities and exercises. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents. Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to address the diverse needs of students. The ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced educational environment. Relevant qualifications or experience in speech therapy, speech and language support, or a related field are desirable, but not essential for the successful candidate.
