The Role

We are a well-established truck rental service provider, looking to appoint a highly organised Administrator/ Receptionist to our growing team.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
If you're a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer telephone enquiries for rental enquires.
* Prepare email proposals for customers rental enquires.
* Prepare rental documentation for confirmed hires.
* Meet customers returning / collecting of vehicles going on / off hire.
* Manage hand overs for vehicles required to go out on hire daily.
* Forward availability schedules via email to customer base.
* Assist with Social media posts and advertising.
* Deal with Penalty Charge Notices for customers.
