Are you an experienced Commercial Manager passionate about driving change and delivering value in large-scale construction projects?
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team as a Change Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Commercial Management of Change process, collaborating closely with our Technical and Construction Delivery teams to ensure the commercial and financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Oversee NEC3 Option C Contract administration and reporting, focusing on effective change management.
* Value Engineering: Lead value engineering efforts, from Compensation Event Quotation development to formal submission and negotiation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external client stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Lead Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, providing commercial risk advice to the project team.
* Commercial Governance: Ensure compliance with commercial governance, maintaining accurate commercial records.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience & Expertise: Degree educated with experience in major building and MEP works. Proficiency in NEC3 contracts and a strong understanding of UK law are essential.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage large teams, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
* Adaptability: A flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can do' attitude.
