Job Title: Director of Program Performance – US Patient Support Services Dermatology, Respiratory and Gastroenterology
The Director of Performance will lead the department’s focus in optimizing patient care by ensuring continuous improvement of programs and services aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Main responsibilities:
1. Lead the enhancement of programs between the Hub and Specialty Pharmacy to improve overall conversion rate, time to therapy and supporting patients to stay on therapy longer when appropriate.
2. Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enhanced pharmacy services aimed at improving patient outcomes.
3. Establish performance metrics that drive accountability and effectiveness within the specialty pharmacy.
4. Lead patient forecasting, quarterly accrual analysis, variance analysis, management reporting, etc. ensuring strong communication and transparency across PSS leadership.
5. Active Participation in Specialty Pharmacy Quarterly Business Reviews regarding Key Performance Metrics.
6. Lead Vendor, Alliance, and Cross-Functional PSS performance meetings ensuring monitoring of actions to drive improvements of the holistic patient journey.
7. Lead workforce planning at the hub in collaboration with the Head of Patient Facing Programs to maximize performance levels and optimize productivity.
8. Provide oversight of vendor management and procurement decisions by collaborating with procurement and department heads to ensure appropriate SLAs and performance management terms (e.g. incentives and penalties) included in vendor contracts.
About you
9. Preferred degree in Pharmacy or bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related healthcare field.
10. Minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare, with at least 5 in specialty pharmacy operations quality and performance-based role.
11. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
12. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and proven track record of delivering operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with demonstrated outcomes
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership at the Executive level.
14. Patient Support Services or other commercial specialty experience.
15. Highly self-directed; must be able to work on opportunities and manage projects with minimal direction proactively and independently.
16. Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix environment.
