People Operations Manager – Maternity Cover (12 Months)
Are you a People Ops superstar looking for a dynamic and impactful role? Vibright are excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing financial services organisation on their search for a People Operations Manager. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless HR operations while supporting our growing team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in January, with a thorough handover and the opportunity to make a real difference!

Your Day-to-Day...
* Payroll & HR Administration: Own the monthly payroll data process, collating key information, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Employee Lifecycle: Oversee employment contracts, promotion/resignation letters, and changes to employee details.
* System Management: Use Civica and Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) to track and report data effectively.
* Policy & Compliance: Regularly review and update policies, ensure visa expiry dates are tracked, and manage employee records.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with the People Ops team to streamline processes and support broader HR initiatives.
* Benefits & Rewards: Manage pensions, expenses, and other employee perks to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience Matters: Proven background in HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and policy management.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and HR systems like Civica.
* Attention to Detail: You thrive on accuracy and are confident handling sensitive information.
* Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working with diverse teams and building strong relationships.
* Problem-Solver: Creative, practical, and able to drive change initiatives effectively.
