Responsible for fulfilment coordination for assigned direct and distributor customers. Primary point of contact for internal branch and sales fulfilment inquiries and coordination. Primary point of contact with fillers/suppliers in the coordination of order expediting and fulfilment. For MD customers, this role is responsible for timely and complete order processing, order issue resolution. Facilitates required import, export and logistics arrangements in collaboration with sales managers, logistics partners and distributors. For Direct Market customers, the customer service account coordinator acts as first point of contact for questions, requests and queries about products availability, delivery dates, quantities, expedites, etc. • 3 years proven experience of working in supply chain/customer service role - ideally in a product- based industry - in one of the following functions: Supply Chain and Logistics or Purchasing • 2 years’ experience of dealing with multiple country export and import regulations, desirable but not essential • Min of 2 years’ Experience of using ERP (or similar) systems. • Fluency in another European Language is desirable but not essential.
