The Role:
The Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and cost-effective processes from procurement to distribution. This individual will manage a team of 8 across warehousing, purchasing, and planning, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement in operations. This is a key leadership position requiring a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can develop a high-performing team while implementing best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient storage, and timely dispatch of goods.

Overseeing the supply chain function, from procurement to logistics, ensuring optimal stock levels and supplier performance.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Working closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives.

Managing and mentoring the warehouse and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Implementing and optimizing inventory management systems to enhance accuracy and reduce waste.

Candidate Requirements:
