Sales Administrator
The Seamark Group of Companies is an international operation that specializes in processing, distributing, and exporting a wide variety of frozen seafood.
Our customers include importers, wholesalers, food service providers, and supermarkets.
For continuing growth, we are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly working environment and help the company achieve its goals.
You will work with the sales department and be based at Seamark's head office in Manchester, next door to the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City Football Club. There is ample free parking space within the premises for all members of staff.
This is a permanent and full-time role, and the salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing orders via email or phone.
2. Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
3. Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
4. Liaising with our other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
6. Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
7. Staying up-to-date with new products and features.
8. Being the point of contact for our customers and sales team.
Skills / Experience:
1. Must be able to follow customer orders from receipt of order to dispatch and prioritize workload.
2. Proven work experience as a sales administrator or any other role in sales.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. A team player with a high level of dedication.
6. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
7. Proficient in all Microsoft programs.
8. A degree or certificate in sales or marketing would be an advantage; full training will be provided.

10. We are looking for candidates who can speak Polish.
