The role:
1. Assisting with weekly, monthly and annual payroll for over 300 clients
2. Processing SSP, SMP and SPP
3. Knowledge of pensions/auto-enrolment
4. CIS processing
5. Processing starters and leavers
6. Client queries
7. Liaising with HMRC
8. Furlough experience
9. Working to tight deadlines
10. Have good attention to detail
11. Other ad-hoc duties
The candidate:
1. Good knowledge of payroll processing and legislation
2. Experience working in a busy payroll department within an Accountancy Practice/Bureau.
3. Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
4. High level of accuracy
5. Able to manage own workloads
6. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
7. Professional, friendly manner and good communication skills
