Job Opportunity: Permanent Care Co-ordinator (Medication) Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Care Co-ordinator (Medication) to join our team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing medication care plans for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to develop and implement effective medication management strategies. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 1 on-call shift per week (Monday to Thursday) 1 weekend on-call every 5-6 weeks with 2 days off during the week Salary: £27,040 per annum Key Requirements: Full driver’s license Experience as a medication care co-ordinator Proficiency in Excel and Word Level 3 qualification (ideally Level 5) Previous experience as a registered manager.
