Disputes & Litigation Fee Earner
Bright Solicitors is a modern and forward-thinking firm committed to providing a high level of service to its expanding client base within the southwest of England.
As a result, Bright Solicitors is currently looking to recruit a further experienced Disputes and Litigation Fee Earner to their expanding team. We are seeking applications from candidates who are experienced general dispute resolution lawyers with broad experience and strong technical ability.
The successful candidate will:
* Manage their own day-to-day caseload
* Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
* Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
* Work well both independently and as part of the wider team.
Desirable areas of experience:
* Residential Landlord & Tenant
* Boundary disputes
* Shareholder and Partnership disputes
* Construction-related disputes
