Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the fleet and facilities department. Ensuring that our partners are delivering on their contracted service levels to achieve the department's key targets and objectives. This is a fast-paced role with stakeholders across the business and many external suppliers.

1. Support ongoing fleet management, reactive and proactive activities supporting all aspects of procurement, mid-term support, and disposal.
2. You will manage the 3rd parties who provide fleet, waste management, cleaning, etc.
3. Demonstrate a high level of security awareness and have knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety.
4. Assisting with office maintenance and moves and other general ad hoc projects requiring facilities support.
5. You will proactively work towards promoting a sense of pride in the facility function.

1. You have history and confidence in managing fleet and facilities.
2. Managing 3rd parties is not something you shy away from and have experience in.
3. You know the importance of ensuring contractors attending the site are logged and have the correct documentation.
4. There is lots going on, so being able to multi-task and prioritise is essential.
5. You are a self-starter and proactive with your approach.
This is a full-time role, based at our Willerby site.
