Are you a receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to patients/carers/relatives?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Receptionist to work in the Radiology Department at Darent Hospital. You will need to liaise with medical staff, clinicians, health records staff, and other departments as appropriate, in order to provide an excellent standard of care and customer service.
The successful candidate will work across all Radiology Reception desks covered by Dartford & Gravesham Trust, including the Community Diagnostic Centre.
We are looking for you to apply if you are a motivated clinical receptionist, with knowledge and experience in an acute or primary care setting. You will have excellent interpersonal, IT, and communication skills with the ability to organise, manage, and plan your workload effectively. You will need to be dedicated and passionate in your role, working with patients, carers, and relatives, including those who may have specific needs such as mentally and/or physically impaired individuals, young children, the elderly, the very ill, non-English speaking individuals, or those who are hearing or visually impaired.
You will need to be energetic and dedicated in your work, as the post holder will be responsible for designated clinics, attending to patients, and moving orders to request on the CRIS system.
