We are looking for a qualified individual to join the Advisory Support team, based in the Norwich office. Main Purpose of the Role: To provide back-office administration, as part of a team, supporting the Advisers and Operational Teams. Additional Responsibilities: Dealing with Bulk Novation Platform Switches and Direct Client administration cases Secure changes updated on the client database Generating and updating Fact Finds on the client database Arranging and managing the client annual reviews for the advisers Creating and distribution of meeting packs to all Advisers and Appointed Representatives (ARs) Liaising with Advisers and Paraplanning Team in order to facilitate good services and delivery at all times Management and processing of Private Client tax returns ensuring they are filed before the deadline Sending of third-party Letter of Authorities and adding the plan information to the back office system whilst communicating with the Paraplanning team to ensure Client Reports meet the expected SLA Assisting with the production and distribution of the quarterly statements for clients Calling Third party providers to support Clients Assisting with the data requirements for financial reporting as required Completing CGT Statements Create, print, and assemble client meeting packs Attend client meetings as chaperones for Trainees
