MISSION
As a Beauty Consultant, you will embody the spirit of Omotenashi, the Japanese concept of going above and beyond the expectations of each customer, treating each customer uniquely, listening to them and understanding their needs.
Serge Lutens offers some of the most intriguing fragrances in the perfume industry and an exclusive collection of the finest-quality beauty essentials. The brand boasts a cult following of loyal customers drawn to Serge Lutens’ unique approach to fragrance and beauty.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will let your passion for fragrance shine through. You’ll inspire customers on their fragrance journey through rich story-telling. Keeping in mind your targets at all times, you’ll be determined to drive sales and seek opportunities to deliver engaging activity on counter to ensure you work as a team to hit both your and the counter's goals.
You will play an integral role in driving the UK flagship business, expressing the brand’s unique and powerful fragrance stories and beauty images to offer customers a unique and personal experience. You will be expected to recruit new customers as well as maintain a strong relationship with existing customers.
