We're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for creating personalised experiences that leave a lasting impression on our customers.
Please note this role is a 6 Month FTC with the potential to go permanent.
The Role
1. Deliver exceptional customer service across various touchpoints and channels, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
2. Onboard new clients to Paul’s Pages, setting them up for success.
3. Continuously improve the customer journey, identifying areas for growth and implementing innovative solutions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving loyalty and retention.
5. Confidently use our systems to manage orders, cases, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
6. Communicate company policies and maintain client confidentiality, adhering to our data protection security guidelines.
Your Skills and Experience
1. Highly computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel, the use of internet and CRM.
2. Previous experience in a busy office environment.
3. Previous experience working within Retail Sales or Customer-focused role.
4. Previous administration experience.
5. Able to accurately input data and work across multiple channels.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
