Property Block Manager, Cardiff
Our client is a well-established and innovative Property Management company located in a new and vibrant office in Cardiff.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of developments across South Wales.
Main duties:
* To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the companies’ responsibilities are met.
* To effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
* To ensure all Health and Safety and industry legislation are adhered to.
* Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
* Conduct property inspections regularly.
* Effective communication with clients and leaseholders.
Qualifications & Skills required include:
* AIRPM or ATPI accredited would be an advantage
* Previous experience working within Property but ideally Block Management would be preferred
* The ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* The ability to work as part of a team as well and self-motivated for individual tasks
* Professional and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: up to £35,000pa depending on experience
Hours: 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week
