Senior Social Brand Manager - CeraVe
Are you a passionate social brand manager ready to elevate a beloved skincare brand? We're searching for a strategic and creative individual to lead the Paid Advocacy strategy for CeraVe UKI!
This role will empower you to:
1. Shape the Narrative: Develop and execute innovative paid influencer and medical advocate social strategies, driving paid Share of Views and amplifying CeraVe's medically-anchored messaging.
2. Social Media Savvy: Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, content excellence, and audience engagement strategies to drive Mentions. Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to inform brand strategy.
3. Trendsetting & Disruptive: Identify emerging trends, implement cutting-edge strategies, and create one of a kind activations to engage audiences of all ages.
4. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, maximize ROI, and inform strategic decision-making for all paid advocacy activities.
5. Lead & Collaborate: Manage external agency partners, work with internal commercial, medical, and brand teams (locally and globally), and collaborate with the wider CDO team to deliver impactful, integrated 360 campaigns across engagement touchpoints.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
1. The Senior Social Brand Manager is responsible for driving the CeraVe UKI paid influencer strategy to drive Share of Views within the skincare category. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking & always on trend agility to drive views to hit our Share of Influence targets.
2. It involves working in sync with the CeraVe brand team to deliver influencer content for brand campaigns, constantly pushing the boundaries on best in class content and identifying the right profiles to deliver brand message.
3. The Senior Social Brand Manager needs to be social and content obsessed, constantly with their finger on the pulse, aware of competitor brand activations, social media platforms, content trends, audiences, and industry news, to inspire and inform the wider brand team.
4. The Senior Social Brand Manager will use internal reporting tools daily to track both individual influencer metrics & total brand performance, as well as present learnings on best practice to maximize ROI.
5. The Senior Social Brand Manager works seamlessly with CeraVe Love Advocacy lead, Influencer Agency, Brand team & Global team, to achieve total brand advocacy objectives. They also work closely with the wider CDO team within LDB to deliver strategic, digital, and medical-first social campaigns aligned with the divisional frame.
6. They also work closely with the Commercial team to provide content for our retail partners and drive conversion driving campaigns through social selling.
