At Medicare Insourcing Services, we seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our existing Service Delivery Team as a Trainee Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our valued clients and healthcare professionals. Working in tandem with our Recruitment and Compliance teams, you will be expected to deliver outstanding results. To be successful in this role you will need to be methodical, organised, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Main duties of the job
You will be trained up to deliver the below responsibilities:
1. Full client management from implementation of new contracts to frequent review meetings.
2. Rota Management including contingency planning.
3. Clinical staff management.
4. Logistics.
5. Problem solving and issue resolution.
6. Champion business improvement.
7. Identifying additional solutions for NHS clients.
8. Soft cross-selling.

We are looking for someone who:
17. Has a minimum of 1 year experience working for Healthcare Recruitment Agency or Insourcing Provider. A recruitment or account management background is desirable.
18. A natural communicator with excellent written and listening skills.
19. Detail focused, ensuring rotas are accurate and completed ahead of the agreed contract KPIs.
20. Able to naturally build strong and effective working relationships with clients and healthcare professionals alike.
21. Methodical and organised, someone who takes ownership and pride in the work you deliver.
22. Adept at meeting deadlines while working under pressure.
23. Confident in your IT skills with the ability to use a CRM system to track progress.
24. Enthusiastic to learn new skills and develop professionally.
25. Having a healthcare recruitment background may be advantageous.
