What You Will Do: Housekeeping and Kitchen Assistance: Ability to perform general housekeeping duties and assist in the kitchen with meal preparation and service, particularly during lunchtime. Comprehensive Cleaning Skills: Capability to provide thorough cleaning services to our mature living apartments and the Links View facility, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Room Checks and Audits: Experience in conducting regular room checks and audits to maintain cleanliness and orderliness. Maintenance Reporting: Ability to promptly report any maintenance faults, handle lost property, and ensure that all issues are addressed efficiently. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and operational, adhering to health and safety regulations. Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance our service offerings and care processes. What We are Looking For: Previous Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping and/or kitchen assistance is essential. You should be familiar with maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting in food preparation or service. Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive demeanour with a genuine passion for assisting those in need. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families, providing exceptional service. Collaborator: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support your colleagues. Flexibility: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to the varying needs of our residents.
