Job Title: KS3 SEN Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Harlow Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide targeted intervention and support to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Design and implement individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of SEN students Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress and social development Collaborate with SENCO and classroom teachers to ensure a coordinated approach to support students' learning goals Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and SEN Code of Practise Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Working Conditions: Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling Work within a supportive educational environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
