Keep reading As the International Education Manager, you are responsible for implementing company directives and strategies within the Education Department of the EMEA International Team. Your focus will be supporting Distributor Education teams to implement Dermalogica education through events and classes (both virtual and in-person), on-demand training (LMS) and guiding them to evolve their education offering as required by each markets channel mix. You will empower the team of EMEA Education Specialists to be accountable and responsible for supporting education for all sales and marketing channels (i.e. Medi-Aesthetics, PST, DTC, Retail, Social Media/Commerce), and providing experiential education to consumers and store staff of direct accounts (i.e. Sephora, Lyko, Blivakker, etc.). Your management style will be collaborative to enable team members to influence projects and department outcomes through gaining diversity of opinions. As International Education Manager, you are also responsible for ensuring our EMEA Distributors Education Teams are fully trained and at the highest standard, and guide markets on maximizing innovation launches for product and services. You will also guide the Distributors in developing and evolving education programs relevant to their markets, including but not limited to the Dermalogica Expert Program and curriculum development. The International Global Education strategy will be provided to you, which will guide you in focusing the team’s energy and attention, especially on delivering special projects and new ways of working. You will also be required to prioritize and rationalize education requests from EMEA Regional Sales Leads, successfully identifying which projects will result in positive impact. Could this be you? • Ensure we have a strong training program in place for the distributor markets • Create a strong network amongst the EMEA regions to share ideas and support each other • Represent the EMEA region within the Global curriculum taskforce to ensure the content we produce is global • Strengthen the Quarterly strategy within each markets Education team • Continue to drive the Education Expert program plan in each market • Encourage and develop markets Multi Modal approach to education • Review growth and analytics of each market • Identify upcoming budget expenses relating to technology and equipment needed to provide high-level education content • Alongside the International Marketing Manager, develop and implement plans that support growing Innovation revenue to 15% of total sales • Create a strong strategy and roll out plan for each A launch and PRO innovation • Support markets with ideas to maximize B launches • Liaise with key members of LA International team and Global teams • Create timelines for each Innovation project • Co-manage Innovation taskforce meetings and update Innovation Taskforce group • Trouble-shoot any challenges with Innovations • Develop and mentor the education team, creating individual PDPs that support progression opportunities • Delegate projects with autonomy, assigning deadlines and providing guidance as needed • Review level of training delivered and provide appropriate training to elevate skills • Develop and conduct regular training for the team in both Dermalogica, IDI, business and teaching skills. • Establish the right systems to track and coordinate information • Continue to evolve the education department by identifying new tech opportunities • Ensure high level of communication with appropriate meetings and updates • Review our systems regularly • Work closely with the Distributor Education Manager (or Distributor Head) and the Regional Sales Leads to identify Education market visits • Delegate trips in a way that is fair and most effective for the trip objectives • Support Distributor market in identifying the ideal topics, format for optimum effectiveness and measurable outcomes that support commercial success • Work within and approve team budget expenses relating to international travel • Coordinate annual IEC travel for EMEA team and support Distributors with the information needed for them to participate Do you have the below skills? • NVQ level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) • Dermalogica or other professional skin brand experience • Advanced protocol experience preferred (i.e. Microneedling, Dermaplaning, chemical peels) • People Management experience • Teacher training qualification (vocational training) • Project Management experience • LMS platform and pathway creation experience • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite • Competent in other digital tools (e.g. Zoom webinar, Articulate, etc.) What is in it for you?
