Employee Relations Manager

Day Rate: £350-£400
Our client is a leading global business based in Maidenhead is recruiting an Employee Relations Manager working within their Global Employee Relations Group. In this vital role, you'll manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace while enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Oversee the full life-cycle of complex employee relations cases, from intake to resolution. Collaborate with HR partners, legal counsel, and management to develop strategies that balance organisational needs with employee well-being.
* Investigation & Compliance: Conduct thorough investigations into serious workplace issues, including harassment and policy violations. Provide well-documented recommendations and support for disciplinary actions.
* Employee Advocacy: Work closely with employees to facilitate medical accommodations and provide guidance on corrective actions, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
* Training & Development: Collaborate with our Learning department to design and deliver training programs on employee relations best practices.
* Special Projects: Lead HR-related projects to enhance our employee relations processes and ensure compliance with regional laws and policies.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HR roles, particularly in Employee Relations or as an HR Business Partner. Experience in a global, dynamic organisation is a plus.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cases with discretion and diplomacy. Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus.
This role may require occasional travel and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
