Supporting BCAL operational business areas with the engagement of Self-Employed Drivers. Working at a fast pace with high volumes ensuring Drivers are compliant and engaged, at the right time, in the right locations. Key Accountabilities Customer / Strategy / Plan Engage with Self-Employed Drivers across the UK Proactively manage volumes aligned to business forecasts and locations Utilise a variety of engagement platforms to generate driver pipelines & volume Confidently engage with drivers Collate and verify formal documents & ensure full compliance Support with the co-ordination of Driver seminars Be an ambassador of the BCAL brand to all internal and external stakeholders and drive focus on delivering a positive Driver experience every time People/Leadership Drive efficient ways of working, compliance and processes Role model BCAL Values and Behaviours Work confidently with various leaders and wider operational teams Support the Talent Acquisition team and ad hoc business projects as required Financial / Commercials Be accountable for the recruitment budget within your business area. Provide consistent reporting utilising recruitment data & MI for both forecasting and performance delivery aligned to business objectives. Risk / Process Using recruitment infrastructure (policy, process, governance) and business education and training, help enable the business to always be legally compliant across the recruitment cycle, escalating any risks and issues as required. Support the effective provision of administration across the driver engagement cycle, working with the onboarding team & compliance to ensure Drivers are processed as efficiently as possible maintaining a positive candidate experience. Support the effective provision of recruitment data and any internal and external insight to enable and improve business performance.
