The post of a Behaviour Mentor is to work alongside other colleagues providing support to identified students who need assistance with their learning and behaviour. • Full time Behaviour Mentor post, starting in January 2025 • Join a school with career and professional development opportunities • Previous experience working in a similar setting is essential and Team Teach qualification is preferable • Competitive pay rates starting between £12.90 - £13.50 dependant on experience and working hours As a Behaviour Mentor you will be preparing and delivering learning activities to individuals and groups alongside monitoring children across attendance, behaviour, and achievement. You will also be responsible for providing support for children, teachers and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all pupils with behavioural needs. The school is based on a large site with spacious classrooms and excellent provisions for all students to progress in.
