Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (Depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (09.00-17.30hrs)
Logistics Contract Co-ordinator - The Role:
As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
* Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity
* Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise
* Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
* Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
* Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations
You:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have:
* Essential: Administration experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn
* Skills in: Prioritisation, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks at once
* Bonus: Previous logistics experience (but full training will be provided)
* Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
