Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will play a crucial role in preparing monthly management accounts, improving financial reporting processes, and collaborating with various departments to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Prepare Monthly Management Accounts in line with month-end schedules.
Work closely with the operations team to support business decision-making.
Generate and present variance reports to management.
Develop and distribute KPIs to track financial performance.
Collaborate with Credit Control to meet cash and debt KPIs.
Support Accounts Payable with supplier management.
Monitor and manage working capital levels.
Improve financial reporting procedures to enhance efficiency.
Budgeting and cash flow reporting.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in ad hoc finance projects as needed.
Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Actively support the effectiveness of the IMS system by reporting concerns, participating in training, and fostering a compliance-focused culture.
Who you are: Part Qualified Accountant Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and work independently Strong attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Flexible and able to work as part of a team Works well under pressure and meets deadlines Highly proactive with a can-do attitude Preferred but not Required: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience in standard costing Experience with Infor LN or similar accounting software If you are ready to take the next step in your finance career and thrive in a hands-on, high-impact role, apply today to become our next Management Accountant INDHP Skills: acca aca accounting
