We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rent Service Officer (L3Z1) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing rental processes and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. As a Rent Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of rental agreements, including processing applications, conducting inspections, and addressing tenant inquiries. You will be the point of contact for tenants and landlords, providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service delivery and enhance tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities
Process rental applications and ensure timely approvals
Conduct property inspections and assess compliance with standards
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Prepare and maintain accurate records of rental agreements
Coordinate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions
Monitor rental payment schedules and follow up on delinquent accounts
Assist in developing and implementing tenant engagement initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is a plus
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.64
