A fast-paced, growing company based in Kingston are looking for a switched on and organised Operations Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
3. Daily processing of orders and invoices
4. Dealing with phone calls, queries and operational issues
5. Dealing with all tasks from the daily task sheet and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Dealing with credit requests and customer claims

* To have customer service and administration background would be beneficial * Strong organisational and time management skills * Keen attention to detail and can use their initiative * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Resilient and adaptable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
