The school has a House system at the heart of its culture with vertical tutoring as a key facilitator. There are four houses - Bilbie, Hauteville, Moreton and Rodney. Job Purpose To provide robust and effective education to a designated set of students in accordance with the requirements of the school, keeping in line with the school`s visions, values and schemes of work and any policies of the Trust and Governing Body. To share the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all students. To provide 1:1 or small group tutoring (maximum group of 6) to KS3 or KS4 students in receipt of the pupil premium, pupils premium or top-up funding at the end of the school day or online during the evenings (there may be some opportunities during the school day).
