Quick Staff UK, a leading independent recruitment agency specializing in manufacturing and packaging, is seeking a small team of dedicated Production Operatives to join a dynamic team. This is a temporary to a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving, established manufacturing organisation in the Newtown area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and package components following production guidelines.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Order picking and packing while adhering to a clean-as-you-go policy
Any other warehouse or factory tasks requested by the management
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals effectively.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Must be results orientated
High level of commitment and drive
Adaptable and flexible
Communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
We are looking for reliable individuals to work each of the following static shifts (i.e. the same shift every week).
Hours of work / Pay Rates:
6.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday £12.34p/hr
2.00pm - 10.00pm Monday to Friday £13.06p/hr
9.30pm - 6.00am Monday to Thursday £13.72p/hr
Overtime may be available and will be paid at an enhanced rate.
