You'll play a key part in the heart of our operationsquoting, coordinating, and supporting installation projects from concept to completion. What Youll Be Doing Creating and managing detailed sales quotations for a wide range of installation projects Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and lead times Researching parts, pricing, and availability to support cost-effective decisions Liaising with engineers to align project needs, timings, and material requirements Managing orders and tracking inventory to ensure smooth project delivery Analysing job costs and ensuring healthy profit margins across all projects Carrying out regular stock checks to avoid delays or material shortages Producing accurate estimates and maintaining consistent proposal quality Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Juggling multiple projects with ease, while keeping everything well-organised and on time What Youll Bring At least 1 year of experience in quoting, estimating, or a similar role Understanding of costs, mark-ups, and margins when dealing with both clients and suppliers Strong Excel skills for calculations, pricing analysis, and reporting A background or understanding of mechanical, engineering, or technical environments A keen financial awareness and commercial mindset Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, independent approach Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal Experience with inventory and stock control is a bonus Why Join Us?
