GENERAL MANAGER DESTINATION MICHELIN RESTAURANT (WEST LONDON) £70,000.00+ PACKAGE
General Manager to join and add the level of service and set up to this Michelin Guide Destination Restaurant. The General Manager will be working with the owner of this restaurant, pushing for the future and delivering the finest calibre of service to accompany the very best in the UK and local seasonal produce, with a focus on ingredients from game, meat, fish, and top-quality, less is more ingredient-led cooking.
The dining room is a classy and intimate affair, with attention to detail and personal service a must; the focus on high-end hospitality is the driving factor.
Heads of department have all worked with 3 AA Rosette and top-level Michelin standard restaurants, so this is the standard and drive of them and the owners. This is a perfect environment and restaurant to shrug off the starch and stuffiness. The setting is one of the best value and well-known Michelin guide places within West London. The Head Chef delivers local and pure produce at a great level to the diner, with a top-class background from 2-star on numerous occasions to cooking his own, having worked for 3 of the nicest and most respected chefs of the last 30 years.
As the GM, you will be the go-between and work alongside a growing and solid group of junior staff. Managers will be confident leaders and also hands-on to run service with the senior and junior teams, all combining to deliver great service.
Managers should have a solid and recognized background within high-end rosette and/or hotel environments, be very passionate about training and development, and embody great and unfussy modern service standards, with a team-playing attitude.
