Role- Teaching Assistant
Location - Altrincham
A secondary school in Altrincham has approached Teaching Personnel seeking an experienced and adaptable teaching assistant to join their supportive team after the Easter holidays in April. If you have great communication and relationship building skills, this is a great opportunity to contribute to making a significant impact on students’ academic learning and progress. You will be expected to deliver high quality education across various subjects, whilst working collaboratively with teachers to provide individualised support to students.
The school is situated near great public transport links nearby to many tram and bus routes. Anyone with their own vehicle will have access to the staff car parks. The pay will be weekly and based on your experience and skills.
The role:
Earning potential £450- £500 per week
Work closely with teachers to plan and implement targeted interventions for students requiring extra support.
Contribute to the delivery and planning of lessons.
Help manage classroom behaviour and help encourage an inclusive learning environment.
Manage small groups and bigger groups of students with the guidance of the class teacher.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a teaching assistant in an educational role
The ability to build strong relationships with students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to deliver effective teaching strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
