As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing business relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also educate prospective clients on the benefits of partnering with Esse Skincare. This role will oversee UK North, so ideally residing in the North of England or Scottish Lowlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Account Management
Expand Esse Skincare’s presence by executing a structured sales call plan, achieving key outreach and engagement targets, and organising in-store events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring regular visits (minimum once per month) to foster growth.
Identify and acquire new accounts by demonstrating the value of Esse Skincare and its educational support tailored to their business needs.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, event participation, and strategic networking.
Ensure timely follow-up with all leads (within 24 hours) to capitalise on interest and convert prospects into business partners.
Performance & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets, including new account openings and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, call logs and business plans, using Salesforce (SFDC).
Events & Travel Requirements
Represent Esse Skincare at regional trade shows, industry events, and training programmes as required.
Travel regularly within the territory, with overnight stays as needed to service accounts beyond daily driving distance.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least two years of B2B field sales experience, within the beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer goods sector.
Proven experience managing salons, spas, clinics, or independent beauty professionals is highly desirable.
Qualified Beauty Therapist, Facialist or Aesthetician preferred.
Strong background in client relationship management and business development.

Proficient in email, CRM systems, social media, and spreadsheets.
