Overview
We have an opportunity for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Lincolnshire South Community Supported Living - Collyhurst based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1HQ, as well as a Full Time Support Worker to join the team at Lincolnshire North Community Supported Living - Haven based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8AP.
Salary: £12.00 hourly. Hours: 30 weekly for Collyhurst and 35 weekly for The Haven.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Your duties will include:
1. Medication assistance
2. Accessing the community
3. Domestic tasks
Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or specific qualifications to be considered for this role. You will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
