The Engagement and Data Officer plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication, marketing and data management within the CDC. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance engagement with students, alumni and employers. This role blends communication expertise, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful career development initiatives. Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Head of Career Development Operations to ensure students and alumni are informed about career events, digital platforms and associated opportunities.
2. Develop and manage digital and print content, including employment reports, newsletters, CV books, brochures, videos and press releases, ensuring alignment with the school’s messaging and branding.
3. Contribute to special projects, including marketing automation, website redesigns and data protection compliance.
4. Support onboarding communications for all degree programmes and alumni, analysing student profile data to inform broader CDC strategies.
5. Design and implement monitoring systems for marketing, operations and engagement activities, generating actionable insights for the CDC team.
You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms, including Salesforce, intranets and social media. You should be proficient in data analysis tools, capable of deriving actionable insights to enhance engagement strategies. Additionally, a solid understanding of data protection practices and compliance is required to ensure secure and ethical data management.
