We have a great opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and we are operating a hybrid model of working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Here are some of the key elements of the role:
1. To be responsible for the receipt of claims/parts, failure identification, claim adjudication and processing of dealership warranty claims.
2. Dealing with incoming warranty related calls and correspondence.
3. Participate in Dealer/OEM service training/seminars by preparing and delivering appropriate warranty content using media available.
4. There can be a small amount of travel involved with an occasional overnight stay when required in order to facilitate the delivery of warranty training and assistance to our dealers, plus undertaking ‘on site’ audits to ensure the integrity of our process.

8. Possess good practical knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience of warranty processes would be advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided as required.
9. Have general office work and administration experience.
10. A driving licence with a willingness to travel is essential.
