About the role
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager (On Trade), you will be an integral part of a close-knit Growth Channel Marketing team, supporting with day-to-day requests of the On-Trade team, as well as getting involved in ad-hoc EMEA support. You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the wider Marketing team and have involvement with other business departments such as Category and Finance, understanding how we all work together to execute with some of the biggest customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Liaising daily with the Sales team to action needs and requests
• Briefing artwork into multiple artwork agencies
• Collating customer & brand specific presentations
• Utilising and maintaining financial trackers
• Managing and updating on-trade assets on the DAM (internal portal)
• Distributing, tracking and replenishing of the on-trade customer kits
• Assisting with day-to-day management of the Jack Rabbit Wine Club
• Writing copy and proofing for PR publications
• Creating mock-ups with translation and aiding the team with any artwork or presentation requests (EMEA)
• Supporting the wider Marketing team
• Opportunities to be involved in wider company projects
What you’ll bring:
• Previous employments will be considered
• Clean UK Driving License (preferable but not mandatory)

Experience & Qualifications
• Entry Level
• Ideal for someone looking to start a career in Marketing
• Clean UK Driving License (preferable but not mandatory)

Other requirements
• Prepared to travel within the UK including occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to travel to the office a minimum of 2-3 days a week. Please note office location is currently Weybridge however this will be moving during 2025.
