The Vacancy We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Repairs Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in improving the efficiency of our Service Centre by ensuring seamless receipting and dispatching of customer repairs. You’ll work closely with the Goods Coordinator, customer experience team, and repairs department to deliver extraordinary customer service and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist with all customer returns, including receipting and dispatching of goods. Arrange carriage of goods to customers or outlets, ensuring timely and accurate booking and dispatch. Manage spare parts control and order for the team. Inspect returned customer items, noting any damages and ensuring quality control. Use computer systems and barcode scanners to record goods movement accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures on-site and maintain a tidy, efficient workspace. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Strong computer and administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills. Strong English and Maths abilities, with good customer service skills.
