What is a Community Resource Centre (CRC)?
Bath and North East Somerset have two care homes which are Community Resource Centres located in Bath and Midsomer Norton. Each Community Resource Centre includes a residential care home for between 30 and 45 people, and these homes provide important services to older people in our community. We provide care and health services in a comfortable, safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities, including dementia.
Combe Lea
Combe Lea is a residential care home that provides care and health services in a safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities. It offers a broad range of activities which aim to promote independence by developing or maintaining and enhancing people’s skills, interests and abilities.
As a Night Care Assistant:
* You will be a good team player and have great communication skills.
* You will be able to develop appropriate and professional relationships with our residents and carers, valuing them as individuals, and establishing and maintaining effective communication.
* You will promote and maintain person-centred service and operate safely appropriate equipment with training.

About you
Previous comprehensive experience of working in care is desirable, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential. We welcome applicants from different employment backgrounds such as nursing, learning disabilities, and health care.
