We are looking for a Network Engineer who holds a CCNA (or equivalent qualification) and possesses customer-facing experience along with a problem-solving mindset. You should have knowledge of IP Networks, connection rules, and fault diagnosis, and demonstrate good attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously. Additionally, possession of (or willingness to obtain) UK Security Clearance and Non-Police Personnel Vetting is essential for this role.
In this role, you will join our talented team, dedicated to managing and engineering a high-profile network that is critical to UK infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that data networks are cost-effective, reliable, and meet customer requirements. You will engage in a blend of technical support activities, fault diagnosis, adjustments to implementations, system integration planning and management, as well as feasibility analysis, configuration, and testing.
