In this role, y ou will take the lead in creating engaging, visually impactful content for email campaigns, social media and website content, while also optimi s ing our online shopping journey to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. The main focus of your responsibilities will be t o manage content across a range of digital channels including our website, marketing emails and social media (organic and paid) to increase our presence online, drive engagement with our audience, create brand loyalty and drive business growth: Email Marketing – work with the wider marketing team to create content rich email newsletters and service updates for our subscribers Social Media – working with our s ocial m edia m arketing agency and marketing team to create interactive and engaging content for our followers SEO & UX - e nsure our website is continuously optimised, for both search engine rankings and user experience CRO – e nsure our key ecommerce journeys are optimised for conversions Promotions – manage and execute the digital content plan for our promotions calendar Design – t his is a very creative role, with a key focus on creating assets for email, social media and online content Ensuring all digital content is kept up to date with current messaging and imagery Report on digital marketing KPIs to key stakeholders Analyse digital marketing results using Google Analytics and platform specific insights Support the implementation of our overall digital marketing strategy Essential skills and experience: Proven experience in email marketing campaigns Experience of professional/corporate social media management Strong creative skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator) Excellent copy-writing ability to craft compelling content Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics Desirable skills and experience: Experience working with a D2C brand Experience working with an e-commerce platform Knowledge of eCommerce, SEO, and conversion rate optimi s ation (CRO) Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles Competitive salary – accredited Living Wage employer 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays Option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday per year Discretionary annual bonus scheme Pension scheme - employer matched contributions up to 4% Life assurance scheme worth at least 1x annual salary Subsidised canteen Free parking Free turkey or voucher at Christmas apetito perks scheme including salary sacrifice options and retail discounts As a family-owned business, we take great pride in being a company that makes a real difference and is dedicated to creating outstanding meals to be proud of.
