TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk are excited to continue our partnership with a well-known distribution centre in Grangemouth to recruit experienced Warehouse Operators / Order Pickers for a temp to perm contract with TaskMaster.
We are working closely with the management team to secure new employees to work on a 4-week rota, including day shift, back shift, and night shift. You must be able to work all three shift patterns and 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
Our client seeks passionate individuals who want to be trained on the LLOP Voice Picking system and are motivated to meet production targets. Are you target-driven and looking for a foot in the door to a company that offers more than just a job?
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working within a warehouse environment or similar position – A reference from a previous employer is essential.
2. Excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude towards learning and development.
3. The ability to work all three shift patterns and commute to the site for 6am and return home from the site at 10pm.
4. Health and safety knowledge and awareness for working in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
5. Applicants keen to progress within the business.
6. Willingness to work overtime as required, including weekends.
What our client offers:
1. Day shift rates: £11.90 per hour for first 12 weeks, £12.55 per hour after training.
2. Back shift rates: £13.55 per hour for first 12 weeks, £14.40 per hour after training.
3. Night shift rates: £14.38 per hour for first 12 weeks, £15.38 per hour after training.
4. Guaranteed temp to perm contract for applicants who meet targets and complete the probationary period.
