2. Work closely with the development and business teams to develop test cases for review and execution.
3. Actively participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other sessions.
4. Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect without any delay.
5. Take ownership of tasks that are assigned to you.
6. Communicate issues, discrepancies and blockers in an effective, clear, and timely manner.
7. Carry out regression testing on the platform during release cycles.
8. Tailor your approach to QA depending on factors such as priority and time.
9. Adhere to the process of Testing defined in HTG.
Relevant Experience:
1. Experienced in Software Quality Assurance.
2. API testing experience desired but not necessary.

2. Well organised, with a highly developed attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills, able to explain complex systems and behaviours to internal and external teams.
5. Desire to succeed and work on self-development.
