We have partnered with a forward thinking dealership, that has over 40 years of experience in the heavy plant, new and used equipment services industry and is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Sales and Services Office Administrator across the two departments. The Sales and Services Office administrator would have experience in an administrative position, knowledge of heavy plant equipment and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Role: Sales and Services Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Within a reasonable commute of Corby
Responsibilities for Sales and Services administrator:
Weekly stock checks and list distribution to the sales team
Processing deal sheets and ensuring trade-in machine details are accurate
Conducting HPI checks on trade-in equipment
Calculating salesperson commissions
Coordinating invoicing with customers and finance companies
Liaising with the internal finance team on trade-ins, finance invoicing, and subsidy claims
Registering machines on manufacturer and internal systems
Purchasing warranty packages and applying for OEM rebates
Managing engine warranty registrations
Hire fleet invoicing and managing hire contracts
Providing cover for the Sales Office Controller when required
Uploading machine services to the manufacturer portal
Installing sold machines on the manufacturer platform and dealer management system
