Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner - In House
Kent, Surrey and London
Salary - £53,800-£58,900 per annum (dependent on experience)

What will you be doing day to day?
1. Deliver our health surveillance programme throughout the regulated and non-regulated areas of the business in relation to the specific job role and risks.
2. Provide timely, accurate and appropriate advice to the business on all matters relating to health and wellbeing within legal and best practice guidelines.
3. Support the Lead Nurse and the Head of Service in the development of policies and procedures as the suite of Occupational Health services expands.
4. Manage own workload and that of the OH Technicians, maintaining weekly MI and escalating trends or key insights to the Head of Service.
5. Adapt and flex to competing demands, prioritize in a fast-paced and changeable environment, be resilient and resourceful, and cope with being challenged.
6. Actively refer staff to interventions, support services or signposting to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing.
7. Work closely with HR and other key stakeholders to ensure Occupational Health delivers to business needs, able to collaborate, influence and drive engagement.
We’re also looking for:
1. Experience in delivering health surveillance programmes, including having passed the exam in HAVS Tier 3 and current competency in place.
2. Experience in case management and liaison with HR/Management regarding recommendations - which will support our 2024/25 business growth.
3. Supervisory or management experience.
4. Experience in delivering and communicating a Wellbeing Programme is desirable.
5. Mental Health experience.
6. Use of the Orchid Occupational Health Management System is desirable.

1. SCPHN(OH)
2. HAVS Tier 3 qualification
3. Spirometry
4. Audiometry
5. Case management
6. Full driving licence
