Job Title: Project Manager - Energy Efficiency
As a Project Manager – Energy Efficiency, you will:
1. Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the utilities/energy, technical, or an engineering role within a non-academic environment.
2. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; any project management qualification in PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
3. Be an integral part of the energy management and account management team, focusing on the organisation, distribution of work streams, and management of suppliers of energy efficiency projects.
4. Support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects and workflows for clients.
5. Be tasked with the development and implementation of monitoring verification reports for current and future clients and their delivered projects.
Candidate Skills:
1. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
2. Possess excellent time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong diligence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
6. Good critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues ensuring project goals are met.
7. Able to work collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve common project goals.
8. Able to adapt to changing project requirements with a flexible approach.
9. Consistently monitor and verify reports on delivered projects.
Duties:
1. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
4. Monitor and track project tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Identify and address potential issues and collaborate with the team for solutions.
6. Assist in the allocation and management of resources.
7. Support the energy team management to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
