About Lufton College: Lufton College has 2 sites across 40 acres of beautiful countryside. We support young people and adults, between the age of 16 – 25, that have autism with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours across day, 38 and 52 week placements. Our college aims to enrich and support students as they enter this important part of adulthood. Through our college cats and mini farm, we use animal therapy to support our young people. About the role: You will work in an exquisite environment, supporting young people with community activities like horse riding, swimming, cinema, pantomimes, beach visits which enrich the young people’s wellbeing and community access. You will also support the young people with placement assistance and enrichment to ensure they have a wealth of opportunities for the future. Personal care will also be required. You will holistically across Care, Education and Therapeutic services supporting each other’s practice.
